healthy, fit & pregnant!


Hey There!

I am kicking off my Healthy, Fit and Pregnant Challenge group on Monday Feb.16th and am inviting YOU to join!

This group is designed especially for pregnant and postnatal mamma's out here looking to stay fit, healthy and have the extra support in those goals.

I know all to well what can happen when you get pregnant and think you can just eat what you want because well...your pregnant! But trust me it isn't worth it! Being healthy and staying healthy during this time in your life is SOOOO important! And that exactly why I decided to have a group like this one.

Getting ready for 21 Day Fix Extreme

So lately I haven't been eating so great. I could blame it on a thousand things, being pregnant, super bowl...the list goes on. But really it's because I haven't had structure! So today I decided that that was all over. I will be committing to the 21 Day Fix Extreme program (with modifications for my pregnancy) So I thought I better start this week with the regular 21 Day Fix meal plan.

So here it is!

So I do a separate one for my husband for a few reasons. First, he is ridiculously picky. (but he insists it me), plus he is super busy on the go all the time. So I make him things that are easy to eat on the go. Secondly, he is in a different calorie bracket them I am.

And YES! You're right this is not 100% true to the fix meal plan. I like to use Newman's Own dressing. But there is a really good fix dressing to make if you want to be on point.

But there it is my plan for getting back on track and ready for the 21 Day Fix Extreme test group!
