First off I have to say how much I loved this refresh. It was just what I needed after the holiday weekend to get back on track.
Here are my notes from the 3 days!
Day 1 Notes:
I was definalty hungry on day 1. I did a lite PiYo work out to not over do it and made sure to get all my water in. By about 8pm I felt spent. Went to sleep early!Day 2 Notes:
I feel AMAZBALLS! My energy was way up from the time I woke up to the time I fell asleep. Wasn't hungry at all. I actually was loving the amount of food I was getting. Did a lite workout. I made Strawberry Lemonade water and it tasted like candy. I ever went to a birthday party and didn't even care I couldn't have cake.Day 3 Notes:
Still feel GREAT! Down 4 lbs by the morning of this day so loving what I was seeing and what the scale was saying. I was missing my normal everyday things like eggs in the morning and greek yogurt. But held out for it was only one more day.Morning of Day 4:
Down 5 lbs- starting to see definition in my mid section.Down 7 inch all around
