Countdown to 30


That's right Countdown to the BIG 3 0!

When I was pregnant I told myself that after I had Callie (my second daughter) That I was going to get back into shape before I turned 30. And not just get back into shape but get into the BEST shape of my life. 

So here we are, a little less than 3 months away from turning 30!



Not only am I turning 30 but my husband and I just booked tickets to Hawaii for our first trip as a family of 4. We are going to be spending the week of my birthday at the Disney inspired resort Aulani.

Mar is going to love it! We have already been getting her excited. She started swim classes in preparation and she knows we are going to see Micky Mouse in Hawaii. 

That means I have roughly 80 days to get into shape. 


So now the pressure is really on! But that's okay, it seams like it's easier to get thing accomplished when I am busier than not. So my crazy schedule helps me carve out the time for "me" so I don't lose my mind as a stay at home mom.


MY PLAN:

  • Drink Shakeology EVERYDAY
  • No refined sugar
  • Meal plan and prepare for the week on Mondays
  • Drink more water
  • 30 minute workout EVERYDAY! Insanity Max:30 M-F and walking/jogging on weekends
  • NO STARBUCKS (for me this is big, I'm a bit of an addict) You know whats sad I have my plan for my first one after all this time. It will be in the airport on our way to hawaii. As long as the terminal has a Starbucks in it. Heaven forbid it doesn't, I know for a fact that the hotel next to Aulani has one. I know, I know...it's sad!
