~For the 21 days leading up to each holiday, I will teach you how to create new and healthy habits, then you get to enjoy your holidays…GUILT FREE!!!
~ Once that holiday is over, we get right back on track for the next 21 days.
~You'll have a nice break in between Christmas and New Year's.
~Than it's time to start working on your New Year's Resolution.
